Christmas Slide Show Submission Guidelines For 2025

Number of Images

•  Submit up to 5 images (not all may be used, depending on participation).
•  Rank your images 1–5 (1 = top choice). Indicate ranking in the file name or in a note included with the images.

Image Preparation

• Resize to 1920 pixels wide x 1080 pixels high (landscape = 1920×1080, portrait = 1080 high × proportional width).
• Convert to JPEG format.
• Review after conversion for color and sharpness.
• Add a watermark with your name/initials so viewers can identify photographer

Submission Methods

1. USB Stick

• Place all images in a folder labeled with your name.
• Include ranking note (if not in filenames).
• Copy folder to USB stick and label the stick with your name.
• Give to Margaret at the October 14th meeting.

2. Email (Oct 16 – Nov 7 only)

• Place all images in a folder labeled with your name.
• Include ranking note (if not in filenames).
• Keep folder under 30 MB total size.
• Attach folder to email and send to: [email protected]

Deadline

• Submit images via email between Oct 16 – Nov 7, 2025.
