I hereby waive any and all claims against the HSV Camera Club, its officers, agents, speakers and instructors for any accident or injury (or damages of any kind) that I may sustain when participating in HSV Camera Club activities. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the HSV Camera Club, its officers, agents, speakers and instructors, including without limitation, the payment of reasonable attorneys’ fees for any claim that I may bring against such persons or entities.
