"INTERESTING PERSPECTIVE"

Images Due January 10, 2026, by 9 PM.

Results presented to the Club on February 10th.

Interesting Perspective in photography involves using different camera angles and compositions to make images more engaging and visually interesting.
Examples, not limited to: 
  • Unique framing (shooting a sporting event through a fence)
  • Bird’s eye view (shooting down off a bridge or overhang)
  • Worm’s eye view (shooting up a long stairwell)
  • Forced perspective (hand holding up the moon or a foot looking as if it would step on people)
  • Google for other ideas! 

    When resizing your image for submission, set the maximum width to 1980 pixels or the maximum height to 1080 pixels. (Use these values regardless of the actual aspect ratio of your image). This will ensure that the judge sees the largest size image allowed by the website loading program.

    Images Must be JPEG. Best color rendition will be achieved by choosing AdobeRGB as the color space.

    The image file must not be larger than 2 megabytes.  Disregard the mention of a 20 MB limitation below. That is a webpage default we cannot change.

    As a double-check, open your image after it is converted, to be sure it looks right to you.

    1. Enter all information
    2. NEW!!! Naming Convention: Name the photo file before uploading. Use TITLE OF PHOTOGRAPH then underscore, then your initials: (Title of Photograph_Initials)
    ​Example: MyPhotoTitle_SKW.jpg
    3. Upload Photo.
    4. Depress Submit Button
    5. Be sure you wait until you receive the message that your image has been received before leaving submission page. If you don’t see the “received” message, you may need to scroll to the top of your screen.
