HSVCC organizes numerous field trips each year whereby the group goes out to photograph the site.
Here are the upcoming field trips for the rest of this 2025.
#1 Milky Way Arch, Photo Shoot.
Little Grand Canyon at White Oak Lake.
27th May — Depart east gate lot at 5 P.M.
23th June — B/U day w/ same schedule.
Return to Village approximately 2 A.M.
Dinner on the way in Arkadelphia.
Photograph the Little Grand Canyon until sunset and set up for
Milky way shoot. 11-12 P.M. shoot the Milky Way.
* If we go on the 23th June, we will be able to shoot the Milky Way sooner.
* If you have not signed a "Release of Liability" for 2025 do so before we leave at the East Gate area.

Aug 29th — Depart east gate lot at 8:00 A.M.
Return to Village approximately 6 P.M.
Lunch There. (Food Trucks)
Cost of admission is $40/person. Races begin at 1 P.M. and end around 3 P.M. There is no B/U date. Will need a telephoto lens of at least 300mm

Depart - from TruValue parking lot 12 Noon on Sept. 23rd
Arrive back - in Village on the Sept. 25th at approximately 5 P.M.
Arrive there approximately 5 P.M. Dinner in Coalgate? and then Milky way shoot at 9 P.M.
24th Sept. mustang shoot in A.M., rest and mustang shoot P.M.. Dinner (pizza) that evening.
Depart Mowdy Ranch 25th A.M. with lunch on way home.
*Cost is $225/person that
includes 2 night stay, 2 guided photo shoots.
Food and drinks NOT provided.
